The 11' Dinghy-Vee is in every way a beginners boat. You will have a boat that is stable, sails well and is grateful to sail. But don't make the mistake thinking it will be boring to sail this boat – it will not.
The building will be very easy. The design is special developed so the curvature of the plywood is kept to a minimum. Yet the boat is still looks like a boat and not a box.
You can use many different means of propulsion for the boat. You can row, sail with a small outboard engine or build a sail rig for the boat.
You can build the boat and use your outboard for a start and then later on build your sail rig and use the same boat with sail. So the boat is flexible and will serve you well for many years – you will always be able to fit the boat the way that suits you best for the moment.
So for a great quiet day on the lake enjoying the water – this dinghy will make your day worth remembering.

The optimist dinghy is properly a boat that dosen’t requires much introduction. There are not many ports in the world where you won’t find a number of optimist dinghies used to train the younger generation.
In 1947 Clark Mills designed the original Optimist and since then this simple little pram has been popular among children all over the world. The boat should be simple to build and use for children. They should be able to learn to sail the boat themselves.
The Optimist has a pram hull, originally formed primarily from five pieces of plywood. It was the biggest hull Clark Mills could make from two 4 ft by 8 ft sheets. The single sail of the Optimist is sprit-rigged. Optimists can be sailed comfortably by people from age 8 to 15.
Our optimist dinghy boat kit is redesigned in order to make a real easy to build. We offer the kit with plywood and epoxy resin. To be honest you won’t win any regattas with a plywood optimist dinghy nowadays with high performance GRP-hulls around but our optimist boat kit offers a much more holistic solution where the kids can be part of the building process as well as the sailing. This is something you won’t get when buying a GRP boat.

The Mirror is the World's most popular double handed sailing dinghy, low in price, light, seaworthy and easy to sail, the Mirror quickly achieved its objectives. Probably responsible for introducing more people to the delights of sailing than any other design, some have even gone on to win Olympic medals, the latest being Paul Goodison taking Gold in China. The Mirror is a real proper little boat, with its deep 'sit-in' cockpit, that inspires confidence for sailors of all ages and abilities, easy to sail but a challenge to sail well.
The Mirror is a small, light, easy to sail, easy to transport, pram dinghy. Basically a stable family boat for all ages and abilities, ideal for just "messing about", it is also raced widely and actively all over the World. Its ease of handling makes it a very good single-hander. For racing the crew is two but when pottering three can be carried. The boat can be rowed or fitted with a small outboard motor - it can then accommodate four or five people. Ideal for training young people. Many of the World’s top sailors started in a Mirror! A strict one-design, the Mirror became an International Class in 1989.
Since 1963 more than 70.000 Mirror dinghies have been built. The Mirror has since the beginning been true to the rules, so not only are old Mirrors just as fast as the new ones in regattas the plywood Mirrors can also outrace fiberglas Mirrors. This was last seen at the Mirror World championships in 2013 and 2015 where plywood Mirrors won the regattas.
It’s of course up to you if you want your Mirror dinghy measured but if you wants to participate in regattas your new boat will have to be measured by the class. On the other hand if you just want your new Mirror dinghy for "messing about" you don't need that procedure.

Our own youthful dreams often featured small boats in starring roles. Aboard these simple, stalwart little vessels we'd venture across nebulous bodies of water in search of distant wild shorelines or uncharted islands. We'd land, hike into the interior, and make camp. But always our boats offered refuge from any threat, including summer storms, which we'd wait out beneath our boom tents. At night we'd read sea stories by oil lantern and sleep under a blanket of stars.
Curiously, never once did these visions include negative images of wrestling with a heavy mast and complex rigging, fussing with a smelly, recalcitrant outboard, or being held off shore by our boat's draft. And even when we pictured the afternoon breeze kicking up whitecaps, never once did the vision include a chilly capsize.
It was the dream of returning to those simple pleasures that inspired thoughts of SCAMP (Small Craft Advisor Magazine Project). That and a persistent desire to go over 'there' - that place we often see but are unable to reach. It seems to happen on every cruise. Never mind that we're usually sailing the smallest boat around for miles, we always come upon some ultra-shallow lagoon or serpentine tidal stream that disappears into the reeds, trees and rushes. To get in there - to really commune with nature - a boat needs to be light, shallow and easily propelled - and preferably flat-bottomed in case we decide to stay right though the ebb.
SCAMP features an offset centerboard, massive flotation from sealed seats and stowage cabin, a water ballast tank holding 78 kg of water, an after cabin "veranda" that functions like a hard dodger, and a flat bottom and skegs for beaching. Voluminous stowage lockers, 2,5 meter cockpit sole single berth or converted cockpit seats to double berth

Many pieces include notches or scribe lines and numbering to aid construction process. The basic kit also includes a pre-cut building jig. The kit use precision jigsaw puzzle joints.

This beautiful 13' rowing-dory eases through the water and lets a fisherman sneak up on those big ones.
This dory is natural for everyone who likes a bit of exercise and appreciates the simplicity and silence of a well-designed rowboat. A narrow bottom, tapered at both ends, enables her to slice through the water with a minimum of effort and the flaring sides make her safe and dry in a chop.
The 13' wPod, with a beam of 1,2 meter, has an overall length of 4,1 meter. Three pieces of plywood make up the sides and bottom. This makes boat building about as simple as it ever gets and the result is a light, clean hull.
The wPod can be rowed, sailed by a small sail or driven by a small electric motor or outboard. About as many choices as one can ever come up with. It’s truly a design you can enjoy no mater what.

This 15' Norwegian pram is, like the larger version, extremely stable at sea. It has the same qualities as the 17' version but is smaller and will be faster to build. It will not load as much but will be fine for 3 adults.
The sloop rig with sprit mainsail (a type of sail with the most power for the shortest spar) is efficient and gives the boat extra speed – perfect for handling the spar buoys in harbor or out at sea. The rig is extremely easy to handle – even if you've never sailed before.

The Pirate dinghy was first constructed in 1938 by the German boat builder Carl Martens. The boat was originally manufactured in solid wood and since the 1960s in GRP. Approximately 6,000 boats have been built. The Pirate is sailed by two persons and it is widely used for racing and cruising.
Our Pirate dinghy boat kit is manufactured with plywood and holds the dimensions of the original pirate dinghy. This wood pirate is therefore a relatively easy boat to build and yet you can get on the water quickly and without much work.
The Pirate dinghy class has been around for many years and since it has followed the development in materials the GRP boats is now dominant on the race waters.
However our wooden pirate dinghy boat kit offers so much more to the modern builder, since you will enjoy the real scope of being your own boat builder before cruising near and far. This 16' Sailboat is a genuine Trailerboat. It is really fine for protected waters and with the nice cabin it is great for two persons on weekends or small cruises.
The 16' Sailboat has a lot of storage space. Here is place for both pantry, porta-potti, sails and equipment. You can be 4 persons onboard but to be honest two persons are better. With two beds in the cabin the boat is nice for spending the night and you have the opportunity to witness both the sunset and sunrise from the water.
The 16' Sailboat is a safe cruiser for costal and protected waters. With the classic sloop rig it?s also one of the easiest to sail. The Sjaegter are historical vessels and were always slender and build with keel and ring deck. They were used for fishing in the Limfjord in Denmark. The Sjaegte has been developed as a compromise between a rowboat and a sailboat. Unlike other types of boats the Sjægte is relatively narrow and high rigged.
Its seaworthiness and good sailing qualities have made it suitable to deal with wind and weather conditions. At the same time it was so fast that you often could sail from fisheries inspection, which did not make its popularity among fishermen smaller.
Our 17' Sjaegte is a modern version of these nice Limfjordssjaegter. We have used modern materials like plywood, epoxy and fibreglass to recreate this boat. The result is a beautiful little boat that is very well for inshore sailing and on larger lakes.

Inspired by the dory – a traditional surf boat that was originally built along the banks of the Douro river – and based on a design by famous 19th-century shipwright Kristian Thomsen, this 19' Hjerting pram boat handles rough seas with ease and is extremely easy for two people to rig.
